Every standard Yugo move follows a four-phase process. Here is exactly what happens and when.
I. THE SCOPE
Your coordinator calls within the day. A virtual walkthrough if needed, or share photos and videos at your convenience. A complete proposal before you commit to anything.
II. THE QUOTE
Your quote arrives flat-rate and complete. No estimates. No hourly guesswork. No surprises on move day. Every service, every crew member, every piece of equipment confirmed in writing before you say yes. If your scope changes, your coordinator updates it before the move begins.
III. THE MOVE DAY
Floor runners first. Furniture blankets before a single item moves. Your home at origin protected. Your home at destination treated the same way. Your job on move day is to be present. Ours is everything else.
IV. THE WALKTHROUGH
Your move lead walks every room with you. Every item placed exactly where you want it. Anything that needs adjusting, adjusted before anyone leaves. We don't leave until you say so.
