From vendor collection and receiving to consolidated delivery, assembly, and room-by-room placement, we manage the physical movement behind the installation so your team can stay focused on the finished space.

THE YUGO STANDARD
Your role is to envision. Ours is to execute.
A successful installation starts long before the truck reaches the residence. Yugo coordinates receiving, inventory, condition documentation, storage, delivery sequencing, assembly, and final placement around your installation plan. One point of contact stays responsible for the logistics from the first arrival through the final installation.

Pieces received, documented and held, then delivered together.
$5M general liability, COI provided
$5 million commercial general liability, with a Certificate of Insurance on request.
Consolidated delivery
Vendor pieces received and brought together for one installation day.
Room-by-room placement
Every piece placed in its room, to your installation plan.

Short-term storage and staging until the residence is ready.
Packaging removal
All packaging taken away before the crew leaves.

Condition recorded before handling begins, so existing damage is noted first.

I. CUSTOM CRATING
Built around the piece, not the box. Our crating team designs and builds custom wooden crates for art, sculpture and high-value furniture, with a specialist millwork partner on larger builds.
II. WHITE GLOVE PACKING
Full professional packing with archival-grade materials, by crew trained for fragile and high-value items. Part of a full-scope move, or booked as a standalone service.
III. WAREHOUSING
Short-term staging or long-term storage for high-value items in Toronto. Every piece is catalogued, condition-documented and held in controlled conditions from arrival to departure.
IV. REVERSE LOGISTICS
Deinstallation, removal and return logistics to the standard of the original placement. Artwork, furniture and exhibition pieces are documented and moved with equal care.
V. ART HANDLING & INSTALLATION
Specialist handling for paintings, sculpture and works on paper. Custom crating, climate-aware transport and on-site placement, by crew who care how a piece moves.
