How an estate relocation works.

Four steps, one move manager, and every room accounted for.

I. THE BRIEF

Your move manager walks the estate with you, room by room. The inventory, the collections, and what is going to the new home, another property, family, storage or auction are agreed before anything is quoted.

II. THE FIXED QUOTE

One fixed price for the project, set out in writing before anything is booked. Packing, specialty handling, phasing and declared valuation at the Reserve level are part of the quote.

III. THE MOVE

Every item is listed and its condition photographed before it is packed. The work can be phased over several days and across properties, so the household keeps running while it moves.

IV. THE SETTLING IN

Everything is unpacked, furniture is reassembled and placed room by room, and all materials are removed. Your move manager walks the home with you before the project is closed.

Documented inventory and chain of custody suitable for estate accounting. We work to your timeline and provide the record required for distribution. Contents are never disclosed to any party you have not authorized.

ADULT CHILDREN & FAMILY

Downsizing a parent's home is rarely only a logistics problem. We move at the pace the household can manage, sort contents into keep, family, auction, and disposition, and deliver to more than one address in a single plan.

DESIGNERS & PROPERTY MANAGERS

We coordinate directly with your install schedule, receive and hold goods where required, and deliver to site in the sequence your project needs. Preferred vendor terms are available. See business services.

When contents are moving between a primary residence, secondary property, storage, or several destinations, each piece is assigned to where it belongs before the relocation begins.

Phased Packing

For larger homes, packing may take place over several days and around a household that is still being lived in. Rooms are packed in sequence according to the move schedule, destination, and what needs to remain accessible.

Disposition & Distribution

Not everything follows you to the next home. Items going to family, auction, consignment, donation, storage, or disposal can be separated and coordinated as part of the same relocation plan.
