How a Yugo move works.
Four steps, one plan, and a fixed price agreed before anything is booked.
I. THE BRIEF
Tell us where you are moving from and to, your dates, and the pieces that need particular attention. We look at the home, the inventory and access at both addresses before anything is quoted.
II. THE FIXED QUOTE
You choose Essential, Signature or Reserve, and we quote one fixed price for the move. The scope, crew and schedule are set out in writing before anything is booked.
III. THE MOVE
Your coordinator confirms the plan the evening before, and your crew lead texts when they are on the way. Floors and doorways are protected at both homes before anything is carried, and you can follow the move in your client portal.
IV. THE SETTLING IN
Depending on your service level, we place each piece in the room you choose, reassemble the furniture we took apart, or unpack and set up the whole home. Your move lead walks the home with you before the crew leaves.
Reserve-tier moves include an in-person or virtual pre-move consultation with your coordinator prior to move day. This is arranged at booking.

Our law firm used Yugo to facilitate a move for our elderly client who recently moved into long term care. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Yugo. Everything happened in the exact time frame we were given. Our client’s possessions were handled with exceptional care. Everything was safely wrapped and labelled.
