After many years in a home, deciding what goes where can take longer than the move itself. Some belongings are coming along. Others are going to family, storage, or a different destination entirely.
Yugo manages senior relocations across Toronto and the GTA, working with the person moving and those supporting them. From the first assessment to the final placement, we coordinate the belongings, destinations, building requirements, and people involved, so everyone knows what is happening and what comes next.

A senior relocation may involve more than one address. Some belongings go to the new home, others to family members, storage, or donation. We build the move around those destinations, with one plan for what goes where.
Retirement communities and independent living
Every residence has its own move-in procedures. We coordinate with building management to confirm access, elevator reservations, delivery windows, and insurance requirements before moving day.
Assisted living and memory care facilities
Some residences have additional requirements around access, timing, and how work is carried out. We confirm these arrangements in advance and plan the move with the resident, family, and facility as appropriate.
Downsizing within Toronto
Moving from a family home to a smaller house, condominium, or multigenerational home often involves deciding what stays, what moves, and what goes elsewhere. We organize the relocation around those decisions.
Multi-destination and estate distribution
Not everything needs to arrive at the same address. We coordinate deliveries to family members, storage, and other agreed destinations within one move plan.

I. THE BRIEF
We meet the person moving and those supporting them, and go through the home together. What is coming along, and what is going to family, storage, donation or another destination, is agreed before anything is quoted.
II. THE FIXED QUOTE
One fixed price for the move, set out in writing before anything is booked. Estate contents, antiques or heirlooms that need specialist handling are identified and included in the quote.
III. THE MOVE
One coordinator works with the person moving and the family throughout. Belongings are sorted to each destination, floors and doorways are protected at both homes, and the condition of significant pieces is recorded at each end.
IV. THE SETTLING IN
Each piece is placed in the room where it belongs, as agreed at the assessment. Your move lead walks the new home with you and your family before the crew leaves.
