Corporate relocation is a move that an employer arranges or pays for when an employee, executive or new hire relocates for work. Yugo is the moving company that carries it out. We pack, move, unpack and set up the home to the same white glove standard we bring to private clients, so your employee starts the new role with the home already in order.
We work directly with HR, people and talent teams across Toronto, the GTA and Ontario. We are not a relocation management company. Your relocation policy, tax and payroll treatment, home sale, temporary housing and immigration stay with your team and your advisers. The move itself stays with us.

Four steps, one coordinator and nothing your employee has to chase.
I. THE BRIEF
Your team tells us who is moving, from where to where, the dates and what your policy covers. The scope is then set out in a written quote before anything is booked.
II. THE FIXED QUOTE
We assess the home and inventory, then quote one fixed price for the move. Extra time beyond the agreed scope is billed at a flat rate per 30 minutes, as set out in the quote. The scope, crew, vehicles and schedule are agreed before anything is booked.
III. THE MOVE
One named coordinator leads the move and is the single contact for your employee and their family. Floors and doorways are protected at both homes, and the condition of both homes and significant items is recorded at each end. On long distance moves within Ontario, the crew that loads is the crew that delivers.
IV. THE SETTLING IN
We unpack, reassemble the furniture we took apart, place each piece room by room and take the packaging away. Your move lead walks the home with your employee before the crew leaves. Assembly of new flat-pack furniture can be added at booking.
