Moving is so stressful, but HelloYugo really helped. Such a great experience!! - They give a flat rate quote, so you know what you’re paying right up front. - Answered all my questions (even the dumb ones). Any email I sent, I usually got a response within 10-15 mins. - Being a very anxious person, I really appreciated their reassurances that everything would go smoothly. They told me multiple times not to stress and that they would handle everything. It helped to know that they would, and it was one less thing I had to worry about. - They showed up on time on moving day (a little early in fact!). Even texted a few minutes before arriving so that I would know when to expect them. - The guys that did all the heavy lifting were great! Friendly and professional, and took great care with all my furniture and boxes. - Received a call from the company after everything was done to check in and make sure everything went smoothly. I don’t normally do reviews unless something is spectacularly bad, or so good that it deserves to be recognized. HelloYugo went above and beyond my expectations, and they have my enthusiastic recommendation! Moving is a hassle, but these guys made it as painless as possible. Thank you to everyone there who helped make it all happen. I couldn’t have done it without you!
