Very professional move from Muskoka to Toronto.! Despite a traumatic weather event that resulted in their being unable to complete the move on the original date and my venting about the lack of foresight about the issue. I was treated with respect and ultimately, although it cost us more, fairly. J and Ty are a great team. They are friendly, fit and efficient. A drop off of a large antique desk to a ' not easily impressed gentleman ' impressed him. The final delivery was frustrated by a concierge 'on break' but they were congenial. Everything arrived safely and was in place with no issue. Highly recommend the J's and Ty of Hello Yugo.
