Excellent movers. Easy to deal with and fair pricing. Definitely recommend them !

THIRD EDIT: I used HelloYugo for the third time in 4 years. This probably says it all about how content I am with their services. From the initial micro move, to a smallish one bedroom move across the GTA, and now to a sizeable one bedroom move within Midtown - this company provides amazing and customized service. The communication is always top notch and it made me feel valued as a customer. The movers work super hard and keep calm and friendly under pressure. They are like Tetris champions with furniture. In this third move, Belah and Che kept my furniture in great shape and the couches were protected. Lastly, many companies say their clients are like their family. HelloYugo proved it with actions. They squeezed me into their Sep 30 schedule on a short notice, which meant the movers were even busier that day. It's very cool to see how the company is introducing new tech solutions and evolving, but keeps this mentality intact. I hope I will not need to move anytime soon. But if I win thelottery and move into a mansion in the woods, I know which company I will call for that move! Adding a picture of the king of the house enjoying the giant couch Belah and Che painstakingly moved... FIRST REVIEW: Very responsive and courteous and ready for any situation and troubleshooting! I used their services to transport a sectional couch off kijiji, turned out it was too big to go through my door (because why would I measure in advance, right? Silly me). In a very calm manner, the guy resolved the situation by getting a drill from his van, unscrewing the door and the couch legs, and once in my apartment, screwing everything back on. I was impressed and will contact this company as my first pick for small moves. SECOND EDIT: I became a repeat customer when I contracted YuGo for a full move across the GTA (from South Etobicoke to Midtown), going between large 1 bedroom apartments. YuGo has grown considerably since my original review, but I was happy to discover they are even better than before! The online booking process, payment and email communication from Jon was smooth and efficient. I also felt the price was fair. The two movers, Jesse and James, were skilled and professional and I liked their calm energy. The finishing process with electronic signoff was great too. Lastly, Jon from the head office touched base twice on the moving day (during and after the move), to make sure everything went well. I like the overall vibe of this company, their effectiveness, and the pleasant attitude of the employees.

I contacted YUGO to move a mattress and bed frames. They are very professional and cautious. I didn't have to be there for the pick up. They coordinated with my contact at pickup location and delivered from Toronto to another city hassle free!

Yugo and his team were incredible efficient and professional! Would highly recommend you use them for all moves - big and small!

Very good service

I wanted to move some furniture and aquarium, to my new house. These guys were on time, quick, professional and friendly! It was so smooth and hassle free. I hired a van which was a GMC van enough for my things and the move was completed within 45 mins (within Toronto). I would recommend them any day! They are my go to guys for moving till the time I am in Toronto! Any day!
