Moving to Ottawa: what we plan for
One crew, one truck

Winter
Between November 15 and April 1, Ottawa can call a winter parking ban when 7 cm of snow or freezing rain is forecast, and cars on the street without a residential permit may be ticketed and towed. We check for bans before the crew leaves Toronto and confirm a legal spot for the truck.
Two buildings, one plan
Access at both ends is checked before the day: elevators, driveways, stairs and parking. We send any building the certificate of insurance it asks for, at no charge, and your coordinator confirms timing with you and the property manager.
